Peter Kaye founded PK Growth Partners to address the need, typical among entrepreneurial businesses, for experienced leadership though yet they may not be ready for a full-time hire — in other words an interim or fractional leadership solution.
Tackle New Challenges. Peter enjoys working with client partners that are facing new challenges and need help doing things they have never done before, enabling them to getting more done, more successfully.
Mission-Driven. Peter is passionate about building mission-driven businesses, such as better-for-you food and beverage, health and wellness, sustainability, and those with real social impact including not-for-profit businesses.
Track Record of Significant Growth. Peter has a track record of delivering strong double-digit growth in revenue, profit and brand. This spans full-time and interim roles such as Chief Growth, Revenue, Marketing, or Transformation Officer, across multiple industries and with a depth in CPG Food & Beverage. Peter learned best practices in building brands and businesses in operating roles at large global enterprises such as Coca-Cola, Diageo, and Nestle; and has been working mostly with entrepreneurial, mission-driven businesses for many years, including through to successful exit (by acquisition).

Personal. Peter grew up in New England and lived for many years in Manhattan and Brooklyn, as well as Atlanta and Los Angeles. He now lives in Maryland just outside of Washington, DC with his wife, two daughters, and mini-goldendoodle. Peter earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and BS from the University of Virginia.
