Hi, I’m Peter Kaye, Principal of PK Growth Partners. I partner with mission-driven brands to drive smarter, faster, and more profitable growth — through interim CXO leadership (e.g., CMO, CGO, CEO) and as a strategic Board member.
I bring a rare blend of hands-on operating experience inside entrepreneurial businesses — such as Honest Tea, the No Kid Hungry campaign, NuTek Natural Ingredients, Hungry Harvest, and more — and a foundation of world-class CPG strategy and discipline, shaped by my early career at Nestlé, Danone, Coca-Cola, and Diageo, and further strengthened by my MBA from Harvard Business School.
My work spans both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, with past and current clients including Newman’s Own, General Mills G-Works Venture Studio, Murphy's Naturals, and Heifer International. I’m typically brought in by CEOs, Boards, or investors to help the leadership team move faster, generate new ideas, and accelerate execution in high-stakes moments of inflection or transformation.
I launched PK Growth Partners to address a growing need: flexible, experienced operating leadership for entrepreneurial companies navigating constant growth challenges. As a “player-coach,” I work alongside teams to fill critical leadership gaps, strengthen capabilities, and bring trusted outside perspective. I also serve as a Board member for organizations aligned with my values and expertise — contributing actively to growth strategy, governance, and organizational development.
